Green Forest is a private company, private companies don't need to share their financials and most of them don't. It's costly and leaks important information.
Once jat acquires GF, they'll have to share the financials, assets, liabilities,equity, goodwill, everything on paper, there's no way to hide it. I don't think Li became a billionaire by screwing over shareholders, what a short-sighted vision!
Jat would get a rerate. We could be looking at a jat with 30 million revenue annually right now. Gf got 25m in half year!
People are panicing and selling for no reason at all, it is getting way way way oversold.
