What about the increasing cash flow they will get without having to worry about so many CR's? It is afterall a profitable business they just bought into.
Don't they already have a strong footprint into Hong Kong and China including major IF companies products that will allows JAT to immediately include their milk products and future products that they continue alluding to (basically giving you the heads up that there is more to come)?
Sounds like a clever strategic move to me.
