I tell you what, JAT would want to be putting together a pretty comprehensive statement/presentation to clarify all of the current concerns sooner rather than later. The more you dig, the worse it looks. I would love to get my hands on some tenant details behind that residential property listed as Green Forest's business address; I wouldn't be surprised to find some links between those names and the current JAT board.
