Its important / sensitive information. They had to disclose it as it regards the up and coming MOU renewal. Also they tried to pour cold water over it by saying they may "increase or sell down their stake". It that is obviously a smoke screen. Over 110m shares or ~$55m was bought up in the 8 trading days. I doubt thats speculation money.
I will hold as this has plenty left to run.
