Blackjack, we all discussed at the time that there is a very good chance of holdups, all buildings have a very large chance percentage of being late in timing.
This is not deliberate by NC but unforcasted issues like all the political negativeness that arose.
Imagine having to live with that while controlling the project and being exposed to all the companies you have to keep informed in JVs etc.
