January 22nd, Lotus informed the market that theKayelekera restart is progressing as planned with first uranium production ontrack for Q3 2025. During January, Lotus signed another term sheet for U3O8sales with North American utility, PSEG Nuclear LLC, a subsidiary of PublicSector Enterprise Group. Together with the offtake already announced, thesearrangements represent the sale of a minimum of 2.3 million lbs. and a maximum2.6 million pounds from Kayelekera from 2026-2032. On January 28th, Lotus informed the market that it hadsigned two equipment finance term sheets for up to US $18.5m in aggregate withStandard Bank Plc and First Capital Bank Limited to be used for the purchase orrefinance of equipment including cranes, vehicles, machinery and otherequipment. Additionally, Lotus has signed a term sheet for a US $20m workingcapital facility with Standard Bank plc to finance working capital requirementsuntil expected positive cash flow from Kayelekera production. Total currentfunding including these Term Sheets is US $135.5 million (comprising cash onhand as at December 31, 2024 of US $82 million, US $38.5 million in equipmentand working capital finance term sheets and US $15 million unsecured loanfacility from Curzon Uranium.

Moving forward through 2025, Lotus will also be advancingplans for the development of its 118M lb. Letlhakane deposit in Botswana during2025 that has in situ recovery (ISR) “potential.”

ISR is a method for extractinguranium from the ground without digging. It's also known as in situleaching (ISL) or solution mining.

Benefits:

• ISR is selective for uranium, so it doesn't create radioactive tailings on the surface.
• It has a low surface impact.
• It can be cost effective for certain deposits.
