The RP isnt world class until a fertiliser company puts its hand up and says "I want that rock as its top quality stuff as it is low on impurities and mixes in well with our manufacturing". Until then its just RP in the ground with good grades.
The strip ratio for mining is also a very pertinent question which needs to be clarified.
