    Well pointed out @maffsmark1 I believe they know they're screwed and are actually hoping a counter offer comes along soon to get them out of jail. The smarter suitors are probably loving this situation and may be waiting for the sweet spot to make a proposal. We should have an awareness around this.If I had my eyes on this as a suitor I'd wait for ALB's current position to fall over and see them limited for 4 months, ruling out at least one of the competition. Before production, limiting market value, and at the beginning of the 4 month period, allowing for legalities, I'd swoop in. HP's position could have already closed the door on this but we'll find out over the course of time.

    My hopes are that we don't see anymore near future offers, at least until after production. But we need to be prepared and anticipate what may occur. Watch out for this sweet spot of opportunity.
