Hey Joannie, nothing taken for granted here but I believe the LTR and Hancock worst case scenario is far better than the ALB proposal. We need to be very observant during the coming months. Many are have succumbed to throwing the towel in. Once bitten twice shy so I get it but this is a situation involving a breed of directors that have a level of passion and determination unseen. They know what they'd be giving away. They know how rare this opportunity is and they are the same people that did the heavy lifting to get the project this far.
