there are only a few things I can see stopping the SOA being put to shareholders:
1) hostile takeover
2) new superior takeover offer (non SOA conditions) supported by BOD
3) independent experts report rejecting SOA (highly unlikely IMO)
none of the big players run charities. There are no white knights. Those who want what they want, want it for as cheap as they can get it.
