In my opinion, it would indeed require a very brave/silly independent expert to ratify this ALB offer for LTR under the SOA. Makes little sense on many fronts and why would HP just sit back and allow it to go through and lose their control anyway? Having acted in similar consulting roles myself during my own career, the writing on the wall is already very clear as to the likelihood of success. And a higher bid at $3.50 from anyone would still have a snowflakes chance in hell of changing the sentiment imo. Why even suggest otherwise I wonder?
