I still don't understand why the BOD accepted the $3 offer. Yes I've read the post and every other post that tries to break this down but it eludes me on a sheer sense of logic. Why couldn't they reject it publicly like they did the 2.50 offer? It can be argued that accepting the $3 is not in the shareholders best interests as well. Sorry none of the reasons explain it.
if the offer was $4-6 then maybe we could understand the acceptance somewhat.
