My holding is relatively small, but I will vote no against an SOA at $3. The LTR BOD have supported the ALB proposal for an SOA at $3. They could have easily rejected it. They didn’t. If any of you are large holders, if a SOA gets out to a vote, the only way to defeat it is to get organised and campaign. Usually SOA’s are a one horse race.
I’m not doing any bidding for ALB, I just think shareholders need to consider the possibility that LTR as a publicly listed company may not make it to production, but that you could perhaps get it to production by getting organised and ready to campaign for a no vote.
