Is the share price now higher than it was when ALB were manipulating the SP?
Are ALB now hand cuffed to the legalities surrounding the proposal and unable to cause any prolonged damage and therefore off our backs with a potential to be further limited by an additional 4 month period?
Are holders in an uproar because LTR BOD knocked them back?
Does Gina now have leverage and potential to secure her position which may potentially suit LTR? ...or it may not but this part of the story is yet to admit itself
Ultimately we've got them off our back, bought time which will be advantageous and increased the SP rather than allow it to be attacked and cause a loss in confidence.
All part of a well thought out plan IMO
