Absolutely!
Samples in February and ramp up to Phase1 "over the coming month" sounds a lot different than "first positive cashflow in Q1 2013". Especially if you look at the estimated cash outflow in the current quarter of 90M. They don't say it but after all the false estimates of the past it reads as if the next CR will be required in the second half of 2013.
Another point might be the delay of the last judicial review challenge. No date has been set yet.
Most important to me is the current market situation. I wonder if it makes sense to ramp up production into an oversupplied market.
