NC said in the call today that he is disappointed at how quiet the REE market is at present. The only market he singled out for shorter term optimism is for the two magnet REEs, using the words (prices increasing) "well above GDP growth". He also said that current lower price levels should encourage other customers to return, a point he also emphasised recently in a TM interview.
Separately he emphasized that the key to REO sales lies with proving to customers the quality of production by the samples to be available shortly, and that full production sales revenue will not really occur until after 30 June, ie in "FY 14".
