The issue is that the thresholds in Malaysia for safe are around 1/5th of global standards (which means 5 times the dilution required than if this project was in Australia). Yes fertilizers and gypsum for specialist manufacturers are profitable. For businesses where this is not their core operation and they have to meet standards that no other competitors do, they may be far from profitable.
