LYC shares did not bloody well 'surge' at all - ridiculous - it's a death-wriggle. The Fool describes the situation perfectly imo. They're absolutely NOT interested in the stock for the reasons stated - and bang-on they are. It's the perfect description of a pariah company whose reputation for inept governance is absolutely LEGENDARY... I have no idea how these people sleep at night.
