The M.D., Chair, and Board have been emotionally disciplined by the SOA and 249d processes and meetings ; the maintenace of the strength of the votes against them in the 249d meeting is a clear signal. They are being continuously evaluated by shareholders. The M.D. and Chair have agreed to improve communication with all shareholders. M.D. has decided to do an electronic presentation and interpretive management discussion with quarterly reports. Last year a quarterly was released end of July - if it is done same time this year thats 6 days from now. That will be the first indication of closer attention to the relationship with shareholders. In August it seems likely press releases about the Joint Venture relationship with Macquarie and plans for drilling schedule etc., and the combination of debt funding and Rights Issue will be released ; its likely solid information and interpretive management discussion about possible positive outcomes of drilling will accompany these. In September the Annual Report will be released and it should contain substantial hard information and interpretive management discussion. In October another quarterly is due and should be done with electronic presentation and interpretive management discussion. Second week of November will be the AGM with opportunities for voting on Board re-elections, new board candidates voting,and Remuneration report voting. Option Co and New Direction may put forward new Board candidates. There is also opportunities for direct face to face interrogation of M.D.,Chair, and Board at the AGM. If any of the short term undertakings made by M.D. and Chair are not honoured they will be noted and be the basis of further challenges to the M.D., Chair,and Board members. The M.D., Chair, and Board are fully aware of the commitments they made, the immediate opportunities to demonstrate their closer attention to shareholders interests, and the continuing threat to their position by the motivated, organised, and determined action of activist shareholders.
