Exactly - there will be creation of liquidity - as night moves to day. Difference is it will not be OVERT - Ben can't ride in to the rescue and announce QE3 as a psychological 'solution' like the previous QE's.
This option is now off the table, in my opinion.
Don't rely on a QE announcement to boost the market. Expect rumours / rhetoric / threats but not the actual QE.
