Whilst the US never fails to suprise, Martis with their innovation and 'running repairs' I reckon we're out of bullets here... At least the figurative ones.
I tend to agree with Bill Clinton that the only thing that could step to the rescue would be a massive discovery or quantum leap in knowledge - along the lines of the green revolution, the world wide web, cold fusion - the wheel.
