Can you answer this question, or are you free from these two emotions?
The big three would be enough of a start and I will then offer three of my own.
I qualify my answers before I post that I have no right to be unhappy or angry ever, ( although at times these emotions possess my body and mind).
Gratitude is the answer. Through stillness and reflection I look for the many large and small things that I am grateful for. Unfortunately I would need to spend all night typing to write all that I am grateful for.
