You may have a point but my only points I guess were that firstly, it's irrelevant where and when they raise money as it's been a winner by the looks every time price wise on recent placements and lastly that they are not into prejudicing shareholders by ramping the share price and doing a placement at the top of the market (to wit GDR, a company with similar claims, where placements at 65c and 43c were last two).
