    * Core earnings of $68.8 million or 7.32 cents per unit
    * Interest coverage ratio of 2.1 times
    * current cash balance increased to US$84 million
    * Net tangible assets of $0.38 per unit based on fair value
    * Asset sales of US$209 million (US$166 million MDT share)
    * Repaid over US$200 million of debt (US$169 million MDT share) since June 2008

    today ann of debt update confirmed that debt is certainly extended, just need more time for documentation.
