very low volume , 3 and 4 cent spreads at times, one single ,i think about 100000 moved the price about 5 cents... and not the usual organized blocks for several minutes .I think it took way longer for that 190k to appear at 2.60 than you would normally expect given the spreads...it was like there was a waiting game , maybe both sides are losing confidence.. just commenting..
