I assume that milestone payments mean that Mesoblast has to achieve some of these milestones. For medicine's sake, I wish they would. Too many things just don't add up in my mind. I believe that Mesoblast's best chance is to be bought out by Teva, but after loooking at Teva's share price, I'm not sure that they will take on more experimental stuff.
