No, we're not agreed about that, as we don't yet have enough information to reach that conclusion.
There is an enormous difference between "the product doesn't work" and "Teva decided it had better uses for its cash at this point in time". Don't get me wrong, I know it's extremely bad news for MSB either way, but in the latter scenario there might still be a way back.
