Wipeoff, there is no definitive timeline for delivery of the judgment. Typically however supreme court judgments take approximately 3-4 months (based on recent cases), which suggests an announcement may be imminent given MLS' case was heard in July.

I note that judgment in respect of another Supreme Court case which was heard in June has been delivered!

You are correct there are 3 judges - 1 from Namibia, another from South Africa and the third from Zambia which should hopefully mitigate the risks associated with corruption.
