    Ummmm...I neglected to mention that MLS have also commenced legal proceedings in Namibia against Malakia due to defamatory comments he made to the local media against the company in the lead up to the High Court hearing. This is a separate proceeding to the case regarding control of the tenements. Not sure about prospects or the size of the claim....
