Something I keep forgetting is that the offer fom AGL (AGK) is the following:

$0.15 cash per fully paid share; or
1.01 AGL share for every 100 fully paid Mosaic shares.

I kept thinking it was merely a cash offer. However, AGL/AGK is getting some great exposure from the AFR and its most recent ANN. If AGK goes up, we can expect MOS to go beyond 15c. As with all scrip offers, MOS will move in line with the value of AGK.
