After St Marys facility failed to come to fruition in Australia and uni where practically broke, they needed to look outside the square for survival.
USA is where they ended up, buying bio sciences in Pensylvania.
Anyway it seems easier to get FDA if you reside in the usa and with fda the world is your oyster.
When uni moved to usa there was no troubled waters at that time.
