    Some sense comes to HC.

    I agree that the share price valuation is only weakly related to an asset resource value when there is no sale in view.

    It is therefore unsurprising that the market has difficulty deciding what a fair value should currently be (so perhaps we can now stop talking current SP in terms of gas resource asset value).

    I only hope that the sale occurs before, say, 2020!
