Rio lease to the south is not part of the original Corridor Sands project however agree with your first point. MRQ proposed acquisition tenenants are wedged in between with all 35 previous drill holes hitting mineralization. Vendors virtually taking all script for payment is also a good look given they are boasting some decent exploration targets on their website.
