Of course but CHF was MSB's biggest product on offer. An ATM will push the price down for the next 2 years meaning any shareholder will have to wait til product approval if they want to free up capital for other investments or emergencies. This is because An ATM will dilute the SP until product approval rockets the SP up. Oh well, im hoping for a partnership to replace Teva.
