Why MTS price today did not follow 2 bad ratings?
today Credit Suisse: Underperform TP=310 and Deutsche Bank: Sell TP=280
I think they were very bad ratings today about MTS.
The reason of shooting up price because
MTS 1H14 results was better than the market estimate.
to me, 1st resistance = 350
2nd resistance = 370
big resistance = 400
