nazhas - there were 1 billion issued shares and they reduced them on a 1:100 basis. IMO, and this is my opinion only, this looks better to the market as the company only shows say 100million shares currently issued, and not the billion. this capital reconctruction stuff is a bit deceptive IMO - and a good way to dilute other shareholders funds and the potential is there to issue the bulk of the new shares to "associates" - just a generalisation and not saying in any way that is occurring here. In addition the "new" shareholders have the potential to make quick gains on their shares - how often does that occur with new share issues.
