why my stocks under perform the market, page-7

I can understand they under perform comparing those big guys. But the way they stay low and keep hitting new low worry me, some with MC less than their cash backing, i scratch my head trying to figure out why. How do you justify this when the world's economy is in better shape? What is the market waiting for?

A Technical pull back is likely, I can't imagine when these prices will go.
