Your well researched and insightful post started me thinking about the process of the NASDAQ listing.
Presumably PRR has appointed a broker (probably Ballieu) to conduct an on market share purchase program in order to acquire the stock for the US listing.
Given that however many shares they intend to list on the NASDAQ is multiplied by 30 ASX listed shares, it leaves me wondering how many PRR's need to be bought for this purpose.
We dont know either the timing of the listing (assuming it goes ahead) or the quantum of US shares to be listed.
It leads me to think this might have been a contributing factor to the significant volume increase over the last week (in concert with ASCI newsletter).
I'd welcome any information and thoughts from other posters (once the panadol kicks in after last nights revelries).
