I was completely unaware of such difficulty for mums and dads buying overseas shares. Feel free to post in as much detail as you like as, i for one will lap it up.
Ramses, no new issue has been announced, so we can assume that existing holders will have to sell on NASDAQ. Or so it appears to me. Someone could clear this point up better than me.
