I believe the reason he sold is he foresaw SP falls, which have occured across the RE sector.
Who would be better placed than NC to make these judgements?
Do you think he would have sold if he sincerely believed the short-term SP was going up?
If its any consolation the same thing happened with another stock I own, director sells, sector and SP fall, but subsequently recovering
