$100k is declared income. Many have other forms of income and certainly business income is far different from declared income. ie many deductions and perks paid for. Car, phone, services...
If the "average" declared" Male income in Australia is $66k, and household income is in excess of $100k. It's you that needs to wake up to the reality of incomes property investors earn.
