Gee how out touch is an understatement, don't get sucked into SL's BS, I have enough staff employed from 19 to 65 to understand how the work force is invested in terms of revenue streams and my staff tell me what their kids earn. NG is going to destroy many and if you investing in property earning only $100K a year you in serious trouble, it is mechanism to keep the banks alive and keep the revenue streams flowing for the government.
We living in a deflationary cycle and this will force the interest rates down and inflate the asset bubble as money becomes cheap and the wealthy reduce personal tax by the unsustainable NG.
