why news has been delayed

Well the options have now been ratified, as investors knowing the options "are so far out of the money" we didnt care too hoots about the options.
It would have been a different story if the shares were already 15c, would have the options deal been ratified??? i dont think so.
Now the path is clear, the big bucks have the extra options, so the share price can now run over the enxt 4 weeks.
Time will tell in 5 weeks we can all look back and say: wow amazing, or nothing has changed and we are still fleeced.
