The stock hasn't been manipulated. Have a look at the register, top 20 hold less than 13%. It's a very loose register and the reports haven't exactly been terific. The combined Top 20 don't even make up a substantial holder!
They have not demonstrated a field that can be economically developed yet.

As for the oppies, how succesful do you think a company would be trying to raise $60 million dollars (over three times it's current mark)at an sp of of over three times what it currently is in around one month from now, with no field work happening and on proven gas in place of 18BCF with two wells flowing at 0.5Mcf?
That will indicate the chances of the oppies.
