chin, your example of the German government shows that if you understand how the system works, and work with the system instead of against it, with intelligent argument and logic much can be achieved, and that applies anywhere in Asia, but it takes patience and persistence. Hoping a public outburst at the 11th hour will change things tells us everything about those making the outburst and nothing about those who ignore it.
