There is very little expertise required to progress conglomerate hosted gold resources where no one knows exactly the next steps anyway. I made various gravity separation recommendations to QH on Beatons Creek. What did he do - brought in a US plant which required a lot of modifications. The result - most of the gold was not recovered and went to tails -to my knowledge never ever reported the gold recovered from the trial mining.
There are plenty of very competent technical people in Perth who know a lot more about nuggety gold and gravity separation techniques than Novo.
