Thank you Black Dragon. the nuggets being found in likely water courses is a valid point. However from what I have seen from the pictures and videos are nuggets encapsulated in what looks to be fairly competent rock. For this to occur would have required a lot of overburden to make this happen. It must have been buried deeply.
Could it be the water courses are basically pointing out fracture lines in the rock that occurred long after deposition, burial and are now exposed to preferential erosion now the overlying material has been removed through erosion.
If this is the case then one could expect nuggets to be disseminated further.
I suppose the only way to tell is to drill. If the nugget density is this high then a closely spaced fence orthogonal to these courses would likely pick up these nuggets. Would be relatively cheap to do. The holes would not need to be deep.
