Why no announcement- because they are separate, independent companies.
ARV are under no obligation to announce anything that NOVO does - they are not JV partners yet and unless it relates directly to any JV tenements then there is no requirement to do so.
Before you say ..... but what about NOVOs nugget pictures, well that had the desired affect didn't it.
