Remember the process here. WDS is buying from BHP the BHPP assets. WDS is paying BHP in WDS shares. That is one transaction. As of this morning, BHP now owns 48% of WDS. Tonight BHP will access the BHP share register and distribute WDS shares to BHP share holders. That is the 2nd transaction. Until that transaction occurs, BHP has not done anything, so it cannot make an announcement on something that has not occurred.
