why no announcement

Interesting that they failed to make the scheduled announcement re the div today.

Two possible reasons

1. They are giving the option holders (30M) extra time to try and convert or

2. They want to see how many votes are accumulated by the enemy camp and their own side before they finalise the cash distribution. They can increase the payment to $150M right now if they want. If they look like losing (I dont think they will) they intend to ramp up the distribution to $150M before they get rissoled.

They probably spent the day negotiating with the Russians.
